Our Poole Transfer website is go.ncsu.edu/poole_transfer. Students can visit this site to learn about the Poole CODA process, transferable courses, upcoming deadlines and more.
Poole CODA Email Account:
Our Poole Transfer email account is poole_transfer@ncsu.edu. This account is checked daily Monday-Friday and prospective CODA students can get their questions answered virtually.
Poole CODA Information Sessions:
We will be holding Poole CODA Information Sessions once a month on Fridays from 12:30-1:30pm. These sessions will cover Poole CODA information and students will have time to ask individual questions at the end.

- All sessions are from 12:30 – 1:30 and meeting in Nelson Hall 2150.
Poole CODA Drop-in Hours:
We will be offering Poole CODA drop-in hours starting Thursday, August 30th in two locations on campus.
- Thursdays from 2:00p – 4:00p, University College Commons, 2nd Floor
- Fridays from 9:00a – 12:00p, Nelson Hall 2150
