Anthropology MA Program Funding Opportunity *

We are providing full tuition for our Fall 2017 admitted students – resident and non-resident – for two years. Non-residents of NC will need to hold a research assistantship or teaching assistantship, but NC residents will not need support to qualify for this program. The application deadline for funding has been extended to May 1!

The Anthropology Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte offers a two year program of study leading to a Master of Arts degree in either general or applied Anthropology. Our program is dedicated to a four-field approach to Anthropology. Students take a challenging core program before embarking on their own research.
